Terms of use
Effective date: . These Terms govern your access to and use of godosite.com and related web pages operated by or on behalf of GoDo (the “Site”). They do not replace separate agreements you may have with mobile app stores.
Agreement
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The service
GoDo helps you discover experience ideas based on preferences you provide. Suggestions may combine third-party place data with automated curation. Results may include sponsored placements when configured. The Site is provided for personal, non-commercial exploration unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Eligibility and age
The Site is not directed to children under 13. On Home you may optionally indicate that participants are 21 or older so results may include ideas where drinking or adult-oriented experiences can be central; if you leave that box unchecked, we steer suggestions toward more minor-appropriate framing — the find experience still works. You agree not to misrepresent that attestation when you use it.
No professional advice
GoDo output is informational and inspirational only. We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or travel safety advice. Always verify hours, closures, tickets, prices, accessibility, road conditions, and local rules with venues, official sources, or licensed professionals before you act.
Third parties, maps, and outbound links
The Site and API may link to or open third-party sites and map applications (for example Google Maps). Those services are operated by others under their own terms and privacy policies. GoDo does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, pricing, or conduct.
Sponsors and affiliates
Sponsored cards are paid placements, not neutral editorial rankings. If we introduce affiliate links (where GoDo could earn a commission), we will label them clearly in the interface. Sponsor inquiries you send through published contact channels are business communications, not consumer orders, unless we state otherwise.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Site or API — including probing, scraping, or attempting to overload infrastructure.
- Do not attempt to access non-public systems or data.
- Do not use the Site to violate law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
GoDo branding, site design, text, and original assets are owned by GoDo or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to access the Site for personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the Site except where law prohibits that restriction.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ANY CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GoDo OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SITE DURING THAT PERIOD (WHICH IS TYPICALLY ZERO FOR CONSUMER BROWSING). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify GoDo and its personnel against claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
Suspension
We may suspend or discontinue the Site or any feature, with or without notice, for maintenance, security, legal reasons, or business decisions.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for disputes arising out of these Terms or the Site.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. Material changes may require additional notice where law mandates. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted.
